Liquid Sky artistcollective / Liquid Sky d-vices – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and
Liquid Sky artistcollective Unipessoal Lda. ("Liquid Sky artistcollective" / "Liquid Sky d-vices", "we", "our", or "us") governing the installation and use of our software products, including virtual instruments, audio effects, standalone applications, firmware, sound libraries, presets, and related content ("Software").
By installing, copying, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Liquid Sky artistcollective grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal and professional music production purposes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, one purchased license may be installed on multiple computers owned and used by the same licensed user.
2. OwnershipThe Software is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights, including software code, graphics, audio content, trademarks, documentation,
and design remain the exclusive property of Liquid Sky artistcollective or its licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Unless otherwise stated, audio created using the Software may be used freely in commercial and non-commercial musical works.
You may not redistribute or sell the original samples, presets, or sound content as standalone products.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features at our discretion.
Some updates may require a valid license.
6. Third-Party Components
The Software may include or rely upon third-party software or open-source components that remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Sky artistcollective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Software.
9. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
