MIDI implementation:
Switching the waves/banks
Switching the modes for LFO, TRP and V/OKT
MIDI notes, pitch bend and vibrato on CC1
Random selection of two wavetables from the active bank.
The MIDI interface is placed on GLITHc and works exclusively with
the V4CO
